The Off-site modular construction allows to design and manufacture the structural elements of a building directly in the factory and then to end the assembly at the worksite, thus saving time, costs and considerably reducing the risks related to the management of the building site.

Panurania has got a technology that enables us to produce a “big size monolithic panel” in a single piece in the factory and to deliver it at the construction site or where the final building is assembled, ready to be installed.

Types of monolithic panels.

There are several types of monolithic panels: partition walls, external walls, floor and false ceiling panels.

Pre-setting for cable passage.

Panurania monolithic panels can also be manufactured with a dedicated space for the passage of electrical cables, thus making it easier to install them during the assembly of the construction.

Insulating core of the monolithic panel.

Panurania can supply panels with different types of insulating core according to the type of construction and the requested performance level. It can be polyurethane foam, mineral wool or expanded polystyrene.

To fulfil our customers’ needs we have specialized in the design and production of tailor made and recyclable packings. We engage ourselves to allow a better handling of the products and to grant maximum safety of the workers.

Panels dimensions.

Panurania panels can reach a size of 3000 x 6000mm and a thickness of 250 mm.
The versatility of the sandwich panels allows a wide design flexibility of both architectural elements and finishes. All these characteristics make our monolithic panels suitable for off-site constructions.
